Refund policy

If you are interested in exchanging your order, please email us or use the Contact page to start the process. We are always happy to offer an exchange if the item is in its original condition. If you are exchanging for an item of lesser or greater value, we will refund or bill you for the balance. 

If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund if the item is unmarked & unused. Email us or use the Contact page to start the process.

All sales on Belts and Monogrammed items are final and CANNOT be returned. 

Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping.
