All of our products are made to order. Usually your order will be ready within a few days, but it can take up to two weeks for us to ship it depending on how busy we are. We appreciate your patience.
It depends on where you are and what shipping level you select at Checkout. Orders processed here will take 2-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We ship primarily through USPS. We offer First Class or Priority shipping.
Your order might be delayed for any number of reasons once it leaves our shop and is received by the carrier. Unfortunately, once your order is with the carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) it is entirely out of our control. We are not responsible for delays or lost orders due to the actions of the carrier. We do not offer refunds for lost or delayed orders.

Yes. We offer free monogramming on all of our wallets and many of our other products. Products that do not have a "Monogram" field on their page cannot be monogrammed.

For a quick how-to, please visit our Belt Sizing Guide. Generally, your belt will be 2 inches larger than your pant waist size. (E.g. if you wear a size 34 pant, you should order a 36 inch belt.)

These are referred to as "Range Marks" in the industry. Leather is a natural material made from the hides of animals. Just as no two animals are exactly alike, no two pieces of leather are identical. In addition to its own genetic heritage, each hide bears the little nicks and scars that marked the animal during its lifetime.
These natural characteristics are not defects but are considered marks of distinction in full grain leather, adding to the unique appeal of each finished product. Please allow for slight variation in tone between hides of the same color.
Leather that is called "Natural" does not refer to the color, but to the process by which it is finished. It is "naturally vegetable tanned", and has an unfinished, dense feel. Since Natural leathers do not already have a finish, they will patina over time (try it with raw denim for an indigo fade).
We do not. We order our hides from the tanneries in the colors we need. As such, we do not offer custom colors.
It depends. Often we are too busy to pause production in order to work on a custom project. If your custom project is a one-off, it can also be cost prohibitive. We are always happy to see what you have in mind though. Use the Contact page to get in touch.
